Strong/slightly harsh off the rip, about an hour later and it is excellent, once its had time to set in and mellow out. Definitely a scent that will have whomever smells it asking what it is, in a good way.
First spray out the box was a bit harsh, but from there it smells crazy good. Cinnamon rum vibe, feels like a mature sweet scent. One of them fragrances you keep going back to smell.
Enjoyed this scent. Smells like cherries and tobacco in the best way. Definitely a cold weather cologne. Excited to try it again when it's not 95 degrees every day.

Side Effect is one of those fragrances that immediately grabs your attention. The opening hits you with a warm, boozy rum note mixed with sweet vanilla and a touch of cinnamon that gives it this rich, addictive feeling. As it dries down, the tobacco starts to come through with a smooth sweetness that makes it feel luxurious and mysterious. (Basenotes)
This isn’t a fresh everyday scent — it’s a statement fragrance. It gives off confident, dressed-up, night-out energy. I get a warm, seductive vibe from it, like wearing a nice outfit at a high-end lounge or dinner. The performance is impressive too; it has strong presence and lasts for hours on my skin. (Parfumo)
The only downside is that it can be a little heavy if you’re not into sweeter, darker fragrances. But if you like boozy, vanilla, tobacco scents, Side Effect is definitely worth trying. Easily one of the most memorable fragrances in my collection.
